Thames Valley Police is releasing CCTV images of two people who may have vital information relating to an incident of robbery which occurred in Bletchley.

At around 9pm on Monday 6 July, an 18-year-old man was riding a bicycle along the Queensway, B4034, in the direction of Bletchley town centre.

As he approached the railway bridge, he whistled towards two men to alert them that he was approaching on his bike. As he passed them, one of the men then grabbed hold of his bicycle handlebars, forcing him into a wall.

After coming to a stop, the same man who grabbed the handlebars then grabbed hold of the victim’s top, and began patting down the victim’s right leg.

The victim managed to break free and cycled off without sustaining any injuries. Nothing was taken from him.

Officers are now releasing the following CCTV image, as it is believed that both people pictured may have vital information regarding this incident.

Investigating officer, Detective Constable Hannah Watling, of Milton Keynes police station, said: “I am releasing theses CCTV images as I believe the two people pictured have information that could help with my investigation.

“This was a frightening incident for the victim. Thankfully he did not sustain any injuries.

“If anyone recognises either person pictured, or has information relating to the incident, I would ask them to please get in touch with us.

“Anyone with information can contact Thames Valley Police on 101, or you can make a report online.
