Firefighters called in to cool things down in Milton Keynes on the hottest day of the year
As if the hottest day of the year wasn't hot enough, firefighters were called in to deal with a cooker fire caused by unattended pan in Shenley Brook End, yesterday.
Crews from Bletchley and Broughton attended the incident.
Their services were also needed to cool a propane cylinder in Stoke Goldington. Firefighters used a hose reel jet to cool the cylinder and provided advice to the owner of the cylinder.
