Unemployment falls in Milton Keynes
Unemployment figures have fallen in Milton Keynes compared to 12 months ago.
New government figures put the number of unemployment claimants in May as 1,251 in Milton Keynes North and 1,239 in Milton Keynes South.
This was a combined fall of 74 claimants compared to one month earlier, and 422 fewer compared to May 2015.
Both areas have an overall unemployment rate of 1.8 per cent - below the national average of 2.4 per cent.
Unemployment figures are calculated by Parliamentary constituencies.
