Police release e-fit after attempted burglary in Milton Keynes

Thames Valley Police have released an e-fit image of a man they want to speak to in connection to an attempted break in.

On Sunday January 17 at around 5.45am a man was caught trying to gain entry into a home on Downs Barn Boulevard in Milton Keynes.

The burglar was spotted after a man in his 40s and woman in her 30s were woken by a scraping sound.

When the couple looked through their doorway they saw a man matching the e-fit image Thames Valley Police has released.

Staff investigator Charles Cox, based at Milton Keynes police station said: “I am appealing for any witnesses of this incident, or anyone who saw a man matching the E-fit provided, in the area at the time.
